摘要
针对目前多式联运载具与仓储设施智能化程度较低、物流效率较低、信息延迟较高、各环节难以紧密衔接等问题,设计了一种基于K60的多式联运港站智能管理系统。该系统通过监控模块、定位模块、射频识别模块和数据处理模块完成以运输需求为导向的载具运力动态规划调度,同时运输与仓储关键信息通过5G技术实时传输至上位机,上位机管理系统的指令、数据、语音信号及控制信号经无线通讯模块接收后,处理生成具体操作指令,进而完成港站内全作业过程的信息交互,实现多式联运港站全环节、全要素智能管理。
Aiming at the problems of low intelligence degree of multi-modal transport vehicles and storage facilities,low logistics efficiency,high information delay,and difficulty in close connection of each link,this paper designs an intelligent management system of multi-modal transport station based on K60.Through the combination of monitoring module,positioning module,RADIO frequency identification module and data processing module,the system completes the dynamic planning and scheduling of vehicle transport capacity oriented by transportation demand,at the same time,the key information of transportation and storage is transmitted to the management interface of the upper computer in real time through GPRS technology.The instructions,data,voice signals and control signals of the management system of the upper computer are received by the wireless communication module,and specific operation instructions are generated through the processing of the wireless communication module.Then complete the information interaction of the whole operation process in the port station,realize the intelligent management of the whole link and all elements of the multi-modal port station,and improve the effectiveness of multi-modal transport for the logistics industry to a certain extent.
