房源网小程序借助微信强大的生态圈,实现了新房、二手房、出租房等房屋信息的发布与推广。而客户在浏览信息时,势必会与房屋经纪人进行即时通信,以了解更多信息。因此,房源网小程序中的即时通信模块必不可少。而该模块的实现有两种途径,一是直接购买包括微信在内的第三方通信模块的服务;二是自己搭建即时通信服务器。第二种途径基于WebSocket技术实现了即时通讯,优势明显。

With the help of the powerful ecosystem of Wechat,the applet Fangyuanwang has realized the release and promotion of housing information such as new houses,second-hand houses and rental houses.Expecting to know more,clients are bound to communicate with the realtors in real time while they are browsing the real estate information.Therefore,the instant messaging module in the applet Fangyuanwang is indispensable.There are two solutions to realize this module.One is to directly purchase services of third-party communication modules,including Wechat.The other is to build an instant messaging server of their own.This paper focuses on the advantages of the second solution and then introduces the implementation of instant messaging based on WebSocket technology.
