摘要 基于产教融合的高职院校课程思政建设的实践探索,有助于思想政治教育和职业精神培育的融合推进、技术技能培养和思想价值引领的同频共振、人才培养供给和产业发展需求的无缝对接。实践过程中,应充分彰显高职教育底色,突出理想信念、工匠精神、劳动精神和企业文化等育人特色,从组织机制、教师队伍、课程载体、课堂阵地、评价体系等方面入手,发挥校企协同育人作用,不断提升高职人才培养的社会适应性。 The practical exploration of"curriculum ideological and political"construction in higher vocational colleges based on the integration of industry and education contributes to the integration and promotion of ideological and political education and cultivation of professional spirit,the co-frequency resonance between technical skill training and ideological value guidance,and the seamless connection between talent training supply and industrial development de-mand.In the practice,the true qualities of Higher Vocational Education should be fully demonstrated;educational characteristics such as ideals and beliefs,craftsman spirit,labor spirit and corporate culture should be highlighted.The school enterprise collaborative education may start?with organizational mechanism,teaching staff,curriculum carrier,classroom position and evaluation system so as to continuously improve the social adaptability of talent training in Higher Vocational Colleges.
