新时代辅导员队伍廉洁文化建设具有自身的规律与特征,重在防微杜渐、扣好廉洁的“第一粒扣子”,重在言传身教、培养廉洁自律的道德情操,重在潜移默化、发挥对学生的思想引领作用。对照《关于加强新时代廉洁文化建设的意见》有关要求,辅导员队伍廉洁文化建设需要不断夯实清正廉洁的思想根基、强化廉洁自律的教育管理、厚植廉洁奉公的文化基础、强化反腐倡廉的制度保障。

Construction of the clean and honest culture among college advisors in the new era has its own laws and features.The key is to check erroneous ideas at the outset and encourage a clean,honest and selfdisciplined spirit.Advisors have the responsibility to lead by example and exert a subtle influence on students’ideology.In accordance with the requirements stipulated in“Suggestions on the Construction of the Clean and Honest Culture in the New Era”,colleges and universities must make efforts to solidify the ideological foundation for clean and honest administration,strengthen self-discipline,encourage public-spirited culture and provide institutional guarantee for the combat against corruption.
