摘要 高校学生理论宣讲是高校建设推进“大思政课”的创新工作方式,是引领大学生坚定理想信念、服务社会需要、融入时代发展的重要实践。当前高校学生理论宣讲面临内容逻辑碎片化、人员组织零散化、资源渠道分散化等现实困境。应从课程内容供给、队伍素质提升、实践服务机制等方面构建高校学生理论宣讲协同体系,提高理论宣讲内容逻辑系统性、人员组织协同性、资源渠道整合性,切实发挥高校学生理论宣讲团的育人作用。 College students’theoretical presentations are an innovative dimension of the“grand ideological and political course”。By giving theoretical presentations,college students have a chance to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,serve the needs of society and answer the call of the times.However,the quality of college students’theoretical presentations is often affected by the lack of logic in content,the casual arrangement of speakers and the fragmented nature of resource channels.This paper stresses the importance of building a synergy system for college students’theoretical presentations through better curriculum content,improved team quality and practical service mechanism.To fully exert the presentations’educational function,colleges and universities must make sure that the content is logical and systematic,the speaker arrangement is scientific and the channels of resources are integrated.
