高校就业市场服务体系构建与优化——以东北师范大学为例

Constructing an Optimal Employment Market Service System for College Students

就业市场建设是高校做好就业工作的根本。面对当前复杂严峻的就业形势,高校迫切需要构建与优化高校就业市场服务体系,在经济改革与高等教育改革双重背景下厘清高校就业市场的内涵与意义,把握“开发—维护—评估”的构建思路与运行机制,抓住精准目标、内合外联方略、智慧手段等关键点位,重点围绕理论研究、平台载体、队伍建设等方面加以落实。

The construction of employment market is at the core of employment service for college students.Given the severe employment situation,colleges and universities must waste no time in establishing an optimal employment market service system with clear understanding of its meaning and significance in the context of economic reform as well as reform of higher education and with clear ideas on how to develop,maintain and evaluate the work.This paper urges institutions of higher education to precisely define their goals,combine forces within and without and take advantage of smart technology with attention focused on theoretical research,platform construction and team building.
