摘要
通过对安徽师范大学1591名应届硕士毕业生的问卷调查发现,绝大部分调查对象都决定毕业后参加工作、他们最青睐体制内就业、他们倾向于在二三线城市工作,调查对象的就业心态是保守且理性的。将意向行业、目标城市、起薪标准作为因变量,发现调查对象的性别、政治面貌、学科背景、父母亲受教育程度、家庭主要收入来源等自变量是重要的影响因素。建议高校加强指导、强化服务、夯实素质,提升研究生的就业质量。
A questionnaire survey of 1591 graduating postgraduates from Anhui Normal University reveals that most of the respondents decide to enter the work force upon graduation.They favor in-system employment and would like to work in a second-or third-tier city.They attitude towards employment can be described as conservative and rational.Taking profession,city and starting salary as the dependent variables,this paper finds that influential independent variables include gender,politics status,disciplinary background,parents’educational background and major source of family income.To boost the quality of postgraduates’employment,colleges and universities must work hard to improve comprehensive quality and provide them with better employment guidance and service.
