水冷陶瓷包层第一壁制造偏差对传热与热应力的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了对水冷陶瓷包层第一壁制造偏差对传热与热应力的影响进行分析,基于水冷陶瓷增殖剂#3号包层第一壁的制造样品,将制造偏差归为尺寸、位置以及形状偏差。模拟结果显示,制造偏差对第一壁传热和热应力的影响是可接受的。但考虑到三种极端偏差的耦合时,与理想设计相比,流道尺寸和形状的改变造成流量减小72.5%,压降上升24.2%,结构钢的最大温度为532.6°C,满足传热要求,但增加了119.2°C且裕量仅有17.4°C。因此在实际制造时,第一壁的流道尺寸应不小于6mm,凹陷深度不超过2.5mm以及前壁距离不超过5mm。 To study the effect of manufacturing tolerance on the heat transfer and thermal stress,based on the manufacturing samples of first wall(FW)for the water-cooled ceramic breeder(WCCB)#3 blanket,the manufacturing tolerance is divided into three classes:size,site and shape tolerance.The simulation results show the influence of manufacturing tolerance on heat transfer and thermal stress is acceptable.However,considering the coupling of three kinds of tolerance,compared with the ideal design,the mass flow rate reduces by 72.5%and pressure drop increases by 24.2%due to the change of channel size and shape;the maximum temperature of structural steel is 532.6°C,which meets heat transfer requirement,but it increases by 119.2°C and the temperature allowance is only 17.4°C.Therefore,in actual manufacture,the first wall flow channel size should not less than 6mm,the depression depth should not exceed 2.5mm and the front wall distance should not exceed 5mm.
