摘要
采取成环组焊平台与大型数控机床相结合的方法,实现了HL-2M装置真空室20个扇形段焊接形变及成环尺寸精度控制。成环后对真空室焊缝进行高真空氦检漏,用大型数控机床配合经纬仪检测真空室尺寸和形状位置精度,测量结果满足设计要求。
The welding deformation of 20 sectors in the vacuum chamber of HL-2M tokamak and the precision control of the ring forming dimension are realized by combining the group welding platform with a large numerical control machine tool.High vacuum helium leak detection was carried out on the weld seam of the vacuum chamber after the ring was formed.The size,shape and position accuracy of the vacuum chamber were detected by large numerical control machine tool combined with theodolite,and the results met the design requirements.
