Na_(2)CO_(3)-Na_(3)PO_(4)-H_(2)O体系的相平衡研究

摘要 采用等温溶解平衡法研究了三元体系Na_(2)CO_(3)-Na_(3)PO_(4)-H_(2)O在298.15 K、318.15 K和333.15 K下的相平衡关系,并根据热力学数据绘制了水盐相图,测定了该体系各物质组分的溶解度及液相密度和pH值,采用X射线衍射法对平衡固相进行分析鉴定。结果显示,三元体系Na_(3)PO_(4)-Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O中未发现复盐和固溶体。相图中包括1个全液相区,3个单盐结晶区,1个混合结晶区,1个全固相区,4条单变量溶解度曲线和1个共饱点。共饱点包含Na_(3)PO_(4)·8H_(2)O和Na_(2)CO_(3)·H_(2)O。 The phase equilibrium relationship of Na_(2)CO_(3)-Na_(3)PO_(4)-H_(2)O under 298.15K,318.15 K and 333.15 K were studied by isothermal solubility equilibrium method.The water-salt phase diagram was mapped based on thermodynamic data.The solubility,liquid phase density and pH value of the components of this system were determined by X-ray diffraction.The results showed that Na_(3)PO_(4)-Na_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O has no complex salt and solid solute production in the tri-phase system.The phase diagram contains one all-liquid phase,three single-salt crystals,one mixed crystal,one all-solid phase,four single-variable solubility curves and one co-saturation point.The co-saturation points contains Na_(3)PO_(4)·8H_(2)O and Na_(2)CO_(3)·H_(2)O.
