井矿盐盐井生产套管变形因素分析

Analysis on Deformation Factors of Production Casing in Mine Salt Well

目前盐井生产下放技术套管(生产套管),俗称“井筒”,在生产过程中套管发生变形十分常见,特别是在溶腔腔顶位置易发生内凹变形,文章根据生产中常见盐井套管出现的问题出发,分析套管变形主要特征,探讨引起套管变形主要因素,并提出预防套管变形建议,对盐井生产具有指导意义。

At present,the technical casing(production casing),commonly known as the wellbore,is produced in salt wells.It is very common for the casing to deform during the production process,especially the concave deformation at the top of the dissolution cavity.Starting from the problem of casing deformation,the main characteristics of casing deformation are analyzed,the main factors causing casing deformation are discussed,and suggestions for preventing casing deformation are put forward,which has guiding significance for salt well production.
