肺腺癌中MFG-E8的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨乳脂球表皮生长因子-8(milk fat globule epidermal growth factor-8,MFG-E8)在肺腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用组织芯片及免疫组化法检测90例肺腺癌组织及癌旁组织中MFG-E8的表达,分析其与临床病理学特征和预后的相关性。结果MFG-E8蛋白在癌旁组织和肺腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为14.44%(13/90)、94.44%(85/90)。MFG-E8在肺腺癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。MFG-E8高表达与肿瘤大小密切相关(P<0.05)。MFG-E8高表达患者的总生存率明显低于低表达患者(P<0.001)。结论MFG-E8在肺腺癌的发生、发展中具有一定作用,可能是肺腺癌不良预后的潜在标志物。
