氯化苯副产盐酸中有机物含量与静置时间及温度的关系研究

摘要 氯化苯副产盐酸中含有苯和氯化苯等有机物,需要进行预处理后才能采用树脂吸附法除去这些有机物。而预处理的效果与副产盐酸静置时间及温度有直接关系。因此,研究氯化苯副产盐酸中有机物含量与静置时间及温度的关系有助于提高预处理效果,从而达到提高副产盐酸产品品质的目的。 The by-product hydrochloric acid of chlorobenzene contains organic substances such as benzene and chlorobenzene,and pretreatment is required before resin adsorption to remove this part of the organic substances.The effect of pretreatment is directly related to the standing time and temperature of the by-product hydrochloric acid.Therefore,studying the relationship between the organic content in the by-product hydrochloric acid of chlorobenzene and the standing time and temperature is helpful to improve the pretreatment effect,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of the by-product hydrochloric acid.
