摘要
采用LC-MS对丙溴磷含量进行检测,对检测过程的测量模型、不确定度类型、不确定度分量、相对标准不确定度、扩展不确定度进行评估。根据评定结果可知,主要影响检测结果的可靠性及精确度的是检测设备及标准物质曲线拟合的两个环节。
The content of profenofos was detected by LC-MS,and the measurement model,uncertainty type,uncertainty component,relative standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were evaluated.According to the evaluation results,the reliability and accuracy of test results are mainly affected by testing equipment and standard material curve fitting.
