摘要
青海盐湖100万t钾肥综合利用项目合成氨装置已经于2010年建成投产,通过多年的试运行,对生产工艺和设备运行进行了调控,得到一系列运行控制指标和技术方案。文章针对氨冷冻系统冷氨泵电流瞬间超高,泵停止运行,氨冷器和氨分离器液位长期处于忽高忽低状态,导致氨压机频繁跳车、液氨闪蒸槽安全阀频繁起跳问题,提出了解决方案及对策,在满足生产的同时,保障了装置的稳定运行。
The synthetic ammonia plant of Qinghai Salt Lake 1 million ton potash fertilizer comprehensive utilization project has been completed and put into operation in 2010.Through years of trial operation,the production process and equipment operation have been regulated,and a series of operation control indicators and technical schemes have been obtained.This article put forward solutions and countermeasures to the problems that the current of the ammonia cooling pump in the ammonia refrigeration system is instantaneously super high,the pump stops running,and the liquid level of the ammonia cooler and the ammonia separator is in a state of high and low for a long time,resulting in frequent tripping of the ammonia compressor and frequent tripping of the safety valve of the liquid ammonia flash tank,so as to ensure the stable operation of the device while meeting the production requirements.
