摘要
在盐穴储气库钻井施工过程中,通常最容易遇见上部松软粘土地层的渗漏、粘土遇水造浆和下部的岩盐地层被溶蚀而扩径、坍塌变形等特殊情况。针对上述情况,以江苏淮安市某盐矿钻井为例,对该地区的地质工程概况和钻进过程难点进行了分析,提出了采用分段钻井液体系。通过现场应用实践表明,淮安市某盐矿钻井过程顺利,未发生任何井下复杂事故,采用的钻井液体系有效解决了地层渗漏、造浆、扩径和坍塌等难题,满足施工需要。所形成的钻井液体系对井矿盐钻井造腔具有良好的指导意义。
During the drilling and construction process of the salt cavern gas storage,it is usually the most likely to encounter special situations such as leakage of the upper loose clay stratum,mud slurrying with water and the lower rock-salt stratum being dissolved to expand diameter,collapse and deform.In view of the above situation,taking the drilling of a salt mine in Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province as an example,the geological engineering overview and difficulties in the drilling process in the area were analyzed,and the use of a segmented drilling fluid system was proposed.Field application practice shows that the drilling process of a salt mine in Huaian City was smooth,and no complicated underground accidents occurred.The drilling fluid system adopted effectively solved the problems of formation leakage,slurry making,diameter expansion and collapse,and met the construction needs.The formed drilling fluid system provides a good guiding significance for the well-mineral salt drilling and cavity building.
