文化软实力视角下中国国际话语权提升战略探究

国际话语权是一国实力的重要标识,对国家发展意义重大。文化软实力与国际话语权相互影响,相互促进,文化软实力是提升国际话语权的内生力量,国际话语权的提升则为文化软实力创造着更优的发展空间。新时代,面对迫切寻求广泛国际认同、谋求广阔发展空间与国际话语权弱势的困境与矛盾,在文化软实力视角下中国须以中国特色社会主义文化为基础,增强民族文化自信;优化文化阐释方式,整合话语传播渠道;在实践中解读文化,在实践中升华理论,实现国际话语权与文化软实力之间的互促循环发展,提升中国在国际社会中的影响力与感召力。

The international discourse right is an important indicator of a country’s strength,which is of great significance to its development.Cultural soft power and international discourse power influence and promote each other.Cultural soft power is an endogenous force to enhance international discourse power,while the promotion of international discourse power creates a better development space for cultural soft power.In the new era,in the face of the dilemma and contradiction between the urgent pursuit of broad international recognition,the pursuit of broad development space and the weakness of international discourse power,China must,from the perspective of cultural soft power,take the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics as the basis to enhance national cultural confidence;optimize the way of cultural interpretation and integrate the communication channels of discourse;interpret culture in practice,sublimate theory in practice,realize mutual promotion and circular development between international discourse power and cultural soft power and enhance China’s influence and charisma in the international community.
