巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴战略有效衔接的实践路径

巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴之间的有效衔接,是为了让脱贫群众过上幸福美好生活的重要保证。受限于农村人才不足、基础设施薄弱以及多为“保守、低端、单一”的产业模式,脱贫户持续增收后劲不足,距离实现乡村全面振兴的目标尚有差距,破除城乡二元结构还面临着一些现实困境。在此基础上提出“产业振兴是发展动力、人才振兴是关键基石、文化振兴是硬核实力、生态振兴是靓丽底色,组织振兴是根本保障。”五大振兴五轮驱动,形成合力,共同助力乡村振兴。

The effective connection between the achievements of poverty alleviation and the revitalization of rural areas is an important guarantee for people out of poverty to lead a happy life.Limited by the shortage of talents in rural areas,weak infrastructure and mostly"conservative,low-end,single"industrial model,households out of poverty do not have enough stamina to continue to increase their income,and there is still a gap between achieving the goal of all-round revitalization of rural areas.There are still some practical difficulties in breaking the dual structure between urban and rural areas.On this basis,it is put forward that"industrial revitalization is the driving force for development,talent revitalization is the key cornerstone,cultural revitalization is the hard core strength,ecological revitalization is the beautiful background,and organizational revitalization is the fundamental guarantee."The five major revitalizations and five-wheel drives will form a joint force to facilitate the revitalization of the countryside.
