乡村振兴背景下农村生态文明建设路径探析

农村生态文明建设是实现乡村生态振兴的必由之路,也决定着我国生态文明建设的成功与否。改革开放后,农村经济发展水平大幅提升,但却忽视了对生态环境的保护。针对目前农村在生态文明建设中仍存在许多不容忽视的问题,如农民生态环保意识淡薄、财政资金投入力度不足和政策法规制度有待完善等,对农村生态文明建设造成极其不利的影响,加强生态环境保护迫在眉睫,需从提高农民生态文明意识、加大资金投入力度和完善法律规章制度等方面入手,促进生态文明建设的有效实施。

The construction of rural ecological civilization is the only way to realizing the revitalization of rural ecology,and it also determines the success of the construction of ecological civilization in our country.After the reform and opening up,the level of rural economic development has been greatly improved,but the protection of the ecological environment has been neglected.At present,there are still many problems that can not be ignored in the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas,such as farmers'weak awareness of ecological environmental protection,insufficient financial investment,policies,regulations and systems to be improved,which have an extremely negative impact on the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas.It is urgent to strengthen the protection of ecological environment.It is necessary to improve farmers'awareness of ecological civilization,increase capital investment,and improve laws and regulations to promote the effective implementation of the construction of ecological civilization.
