浅谈当前形势下如何开展氢能专业人才培养

Discussion On How to Carry Out the Training of Hydrogen Energy Professionals under the Current Situation

当前我国氢能产业进入快速增长黄金期,未来需要大量的专业技术人才推动产业发展。目前,高等院校还未形成系统、全面的人才培养模式,需要在现有资源的基础上进行教育改革,满足时代发展需求。通过分析氢能人才培养体系的不足,从专业方向、课程体系、专业教材和师资队伍环节提出了改革思路,初步探讨了氢能专业人才培养措施,开展了“本研一体化”育人、多元授课模式打造、专业教材筹备及校企协同授课,为后续优化和完善教学改革提供前期经验借鉴。

Now China’s hydrogen energy industry has entered a golden period of rapid growth.A large number of professional and technical talents are needed to promote the development of the industry in the future.At present,colleges and universities have not formed a systematic and comprehensive mode of talent training,which needs to carry out educational reform on the basis of existing resources to meet the needs of the development of the times.This paper first analyzes the deficiency of the hydrogen talent cultivation system,and puts the reform ideas from professional direction,course system,teaching materials and teaching staff.The training measures for hydrogen energy professionals are preliminarily discussed,and the“integration of this research”education,the creation of multiple teaching modes,the preparation of professional textbooks and the collaborative teaching of schools and enterprises are carried out,which can provide early experience for the subsequent optimization and improvement of teaching reform.
