高校辅导员心理素质现状及培育路径探究

Research on the Current Situation of the Psychological Quality of College Counselors and the Paths of Cultivation

聚焦于高校辅导员的心理素质状态,采用问卷调查的研究方法,通过对陕西高校辅导员心理素质和培养现状的实证调查,合理定义高校辅导员心理素质的内涵,分析当前高校辅导员心理素质特征与培育情况,提出以辅导员自身素养和职业生涯环境为出发点,注重辅导员心理素质培育的内在优势与外部支持因素的相互链接,在实践中明晰培养路径,从而优化高校辅导员心理素质,促进辅导员队伍建设。

Focusing on the psychological quality of college counselors,this paper adopts the research method of questionnaire survey,through the empirical survey of the psychological quality and training status of college counselors in Shaanxi,reasonably defines the connotation of the psychological quality of college counselors,analyzes the characteristics and training of the current psychological quality of college counselors,and puts forward that the starting point is the counselors’own quality and career environment.We should pay attention to the mutual link between the internal advantages and external supporting factors of the cultivation of counselors’psychological quality,and clarify the cultivation path in practice,so as to optimize the psychological quality of college counselors and promote the construction of counselors’team.
