菌种保藏室建设与管理初探

摘要 微生物保藏在利用微生物进行发酵研究中是一项非常重要的基础工作,一方面,保护微生物资源;另一方面,为微生物资源的有效利用提供了保障。主要从贵州省发酵工程与生物制药重点实验室菌种保藏室建设、管理与应用进行初探,探究重点实验室菌种保藏室的建设概况、菌种保藏室的管理模式及菌种保藏室在服务科研及教学方面的应用成果,为重点实验室各类微生物的保藏及使用提供便捷的通道,也为重点实验室微生物资源科技成果产业化应用奠定基础。 Microbial preservation is a very important basic work in the study of fermentation using microorganisms.On the one hand,it protects microbial resources,and on the other hand,it provides guarantee for the effective utilization of microbial resources.This paper mainly discusses the construction,management and application of the strain preservation room of Guizhou Provincial Key Laboratory of Fermentation Engineering and Biopharmacy,explores the general situation of the construction of the strain preservation room of the key laboratory,the management mode of the strain preservation room,and the application achievements of the strain preservation room in serving scientific research and teaching,so as to provide a convenient channel for the preservation and use of various microorganisms in the key laboratory.It also lays a foundation for the industrialization and application of scientific and technological achievements of microbial resources in key laboratories.
