摘要
OBE是基于学生的主体地位,以行业发展前景为主要趋势,注重教学成效的教学理念。近年来,OBE教学理念在高等教育事业中的应用度不断提升,取得了一定成效。如何应用OBE教学理念进一步提高高校教学水平,成为国内教育事业推进的重要方向。“人力资源管理”作为管理类专业人才培养的重要课程,不仅能够帮助学生掌握人力资源管理基础知识,而且可以深化学生对管理职能的认知,使学生能够加快顺应社会企业的需要。因此,基于OBE理念探究“人力资源管理”课程教学改革策略,有利于提高高校的人才平培养质量,推动高等教育水平提升。
OBE is a teaching concept based on the dominant position of students,which takes the development prospect of the industry as the main trend,and pays attention to teaching results.How to apply OBE teaching concept to further optimize the teaching level of colleges and universities has become an important direction for the promotion of domestic education.As an important course for the cultivation of management professionals,Human Resource Management can not only help students master the basic knowledge of human resource management,but also deepen students’understanding of management functions,so that students can speed up their adaptation to the needs of social enterprises.Therefore,exploring the teaching reform strategy of Human Resource Management based on OBE concept is conducive to optimizing the quality of talent training in colleges and universities and promoting the improvement of higher education level.
