摘要
随着高职学校办学规模不断扩大,社会用人需求不断变化,原有的内部治理体制已经不能适应学校的发展,推行校院二级管理体制已成为高职学校发展的必然趋势。就G职业学院校院二级管理体制改革实践进行了研究,分析了校院二级管理体制改革取得的成效和存在的问题,并从管理模式、责权分配制度、运行机制、资源配置措施等方面提出了相应对策,旨在推行校院二级管理体制,为高职学校提升内部治理能力,完善学校现代管理体系提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher vocational schools and the continuous changes in social employment needs,the original management system can no longer adapt to the development of the college.It is necessary to promote the secondary college management system.This paper studies the practice of secondary management system in G Vocational College.Based on this,the author analyzes the achievements and existing problems of the reform of the secondary college management system,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of management mode,responsibility distribution system,operation mechanism,and resource allocation measures.It aims to carry out the reform and improve the capabilities of the secondary college management system,and can be as reference to consummate.
