依托科研团队的研究生联合培养模式

Joint Postgraduate Training Mode Relying on Scientific Research Team

随着我国社会发展对高层次人才需求的增加,硕士研究生进行了逐年扩招。与此同时,硕士研究生的培养质量也越来越受到重视。在国内已有研究的基础上,分析了硕士研究生的培养现状,提出了一种依托科研团队的研究生联合培养模式。该培养模式主要解决共性问题和个性问题两方面问题。其中共性问题包括论文写作、实验环境、实验资源、研究生培养质量评价,个性问题包括研究生的个人研究方向、论文修改、与课题相关的其他个性问题。该方法实施后取得了较好的效果,有效地解决了扩招形式下导师压力大和研究生培养质量得不到保证等问题。

With the increasing demand for high-level talents in Chin’s development,master’s degree students have been expanded year by year.The cultivation quality of master’s degree students has also been paid more and more attention to.Based on the existing research in China,this paper analyzes the current situation of postgraduate training,and puts forward a joint postgraduate training mode relying on scientific research teams.This training mode mainly solves the common problems and personality problems.Common problems include thesis writing,experimental environment,experimental resources,and evaluation of postgraduate training quality.Personality problems include postgraduate’s personal research direction,thesis revision,and other personality problems related to the topic.Through the implementation of this method,good results have been achieved,the problems of great pressure on tutors have effectively been solved and the quality of postgraduate training can be guaranteed under the form of enrollment expansion.
