当前文物保护利用的实践与思考——以鼓浪屿日本领事馆旧址为例

Practice and Thoughts on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Relics--Taking the Gulangyu Japanese Consulate as an Example

因保护级别、修缮要求、利用理念的不同,当前不可移动文物保护利用存在保护粗放、利用滞后、原真性、原功能缺乏等问题。鼓浪屿日本领事馆旧址作为全国重点文物保护单位,在鼓浪屿申遗的大背景下,注重原真性保护与原功能利用相协调,探索了一条“修”与“用”相结合的道路。因此,研究鼓浪屿日本领事馆旧址的保护利用,能为其他文物保护与利用的创造性转化和创新性发展提供更为有益的借鉴。

Due to the different levels of protection,repair requirements and utilization concepts,the protection and utilization of immovable cultural relics has some problems,such as careless protection,lagging utilization,and lack of authenticity and original functions.As a national key cultural relic protection unit,the former site of the Gulangyu Japanese Consulate,under the background of the Gulangyu World Heritage application,pays attention to the coordination of the original authenticity protection and the utilization of the original functions,and explores a path of combining“repairing”and“utilizing”.Therefore,the study of the protection and utilization process of the former site of the Gulangyu Japanese Consulate may provide a more useful reference for the creative transformation and innovative development of the protection and utilization of cultural relics in the future.
