劳动教育是应用型高校大学生自由全面发展的必由之路,是应用型高校转型升级的重要举措,是培育高素质劳动大军的现实需求,是社会主义现代化强国的基础保障。应用型高校可通过推进“12345”劳动教育体系的构建助推劳动教育提质增效,即以习近平劳动观为根本理念的“一指引”,以“应用型+创新型”人才培养为基本方向的“两个定位”,以着力加强劳动情怀、劳动意识与劳动能力培养为主要任务的“三个着力”,以促进劳育与德育、智育、美育、体育相融合为主要途径的“四个融合”,以推进组织机构、师资队伍、课程体系、实践平台与考评体系建设为主要内容的“五个推进”。

Labor education is a necessity for the free and comprehensive development of college students in application-oriented colleges and universities,an important measure for the transformation and upgrading of application-oriented colleges and universities,a realistic demand for cultivating a high-quality labor force,and a basic guarantee for a strong socialist modernization.Application-oriented colleges and universities can promote the quality and efficiency of labor education by promoting the construction of“12345”labor education system,that is,“one guideline”with Xi Jinping’s concept of labor as the fundamental concept,“two orientations”with“application-oriented+innovative”talents as the basic direction,“three focus”with the main task of strengthening the cultivation of labor sense,labor consciousness and labor ability,“four integration”with promoting the integration of labor education with moral education,intellectual education,aesthetic education and physical education,and the“five promotions”with promoting the construction of organization,faculty,curriculum system,practice platform and evaluation system.
