老年急性心力衰竭患者CRP及NT-proBNP与LVEF相关性分析

摘要 目的对老年急性心力衰竭患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及B型尿钠肽(NT-proBNP)与左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关性进行分析。方法随机选择我院收治的90例老年急性心力衰竭患者作为研究组,同期随机选取30例健康老年人作为对照组,先比较两组的CRP、NT-proBNP、LVEF值,再比较不同心功能分级下老年急性心力衰竭患者的血清CRP、NT-proBNP、LVEF值,最后采用Spearman相关系数分析老年急性心力衰竭患者血清CRP、NT-proBNP与LVEF、心功能分级的相关性。结果研究组的CRP、NT-proBNP值高于对照组,LVEF值低于对照组(P值均<0.001);观察组中血清CRP、NT-proBNP值随NYHA心功能分级的升高而上升;LVEF值随NYHA心功能分级的升高而下降,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年急性心力衰竭患者的CRP、NT-proBNP、LVEF与LVEF呈负相关;与心功能分级呈正相关,可用于老年急性心理衰竭疾病程度评估。
