多媒体路径下的健康教育管理模式在白内障手术患者中的应用价值

Application value of health education management model under multimedia path on patients with cataract surgery

目的 探讨多媒体路径下的健康教育管理模式在白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2021年1月~2021年12月入院的120例白内障手术患者为研究对象,按照随机分组原则将其分为研究组与对照组各60例。对照组采用白内障手术患者常规护理模式,研究组在其基础上采用多媒体路径下的健康教育管理模式。比较两种护理模式下患者术后1个月并发症总发生率、视力恢复情况及护理满意度差别。结果 术后1个月,研究组并发症总发生率、散光度和球镜度均明显低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组矫正视力、裸眼视力及护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多媒体路径下的健康教育管理模式对于降低白内障手术患者并发症发生率,减弱散光度和球镜度,增加矫正视力及裸眼视力以及提高护理满意度具有积极应用效果。

Objective To explore the application effects of health education management model under multimedia path on patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods 120 patients with cataract surgery who were admitted to the hospital between January2021 and December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to the principle of random grouping.The control group adopted routine nursing model for patients with cataract surgery,while the study group received health education management model under multimedia path.The total incidence rate of complications,visual recovery and nursing satisfaction at 1 month after surgery were compared under the two nursing models.Results At 1 month after surgery,the total incidence rate of complications,astigmatism and spherical equivalent in study group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The corrected visual acuity,uncorrected visual acuity and scores of dimensions of nursing satisfaction were higher in study group compared with those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education management model under multimedia path has positive application effects on reducing the incidence rates of complications,lowering the astigmatism and spherical equivalent,increasing the corrected visual acuity and uncorrected visual acuity,and enhancing the nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing cataract surgery.
