摘要
目的 探讨思维导图教学在培养医学影像实习生诊断思维能力中的价值。方法 选取2019年7月~2021年12月在本院医学影像科实习的67例实习生作为研究对象。按不同教学模式将其分为实验组(n=36,思维导图教学)与对照组(n=31,传统教学)。比较两组阅片能力、临床思维能力及教学满意度。结果 实验组阅片方法及程序、征象及描述分析、主要诊断及次要诊断、鉴别诊断得分及临床思维能力各维度得分、总分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组教学满意度为94.44%,明显高于对照组的77.42%(P <0.05)。结论 思维导图教学更有利于医学影像实习生对知识体系的把握,提高其阅片能力、思维能力及教学满意度。
Objective To explore the value of mind mapping teaching on cultivating the diagnostic thinking ability of medical imaging interns.Methods 67 interns who interned in department of medical imaging of the hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to different teaching models,the interns were divided into experimental group(n=36,mind mapping teaching)and control group(n=31,traditional teaching).The image reading ability,clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResuIts The scores of aspects of image reading method and procedure,signs and description analysis,primary diagnosis and secondary diagnosis and differential diagnosis and scores of dimensions and total score of clinical thinking ability in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction in experimental group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 77.42% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping teaching is more beneficial for medical imaging interns to grasp the knowledge system,and improve the image reading ability,thinking ability and teaching satisfaction.
