服务“跨界”人才培养的智能网联汽车技术专业课程体系开发研究

Research on the Development of the Curriculum System for the Intelligent Networked Vehicle Technology Major Serving the tTraining of Cross-border Talents

根据《智能网联汽车专业人才需求调研报告》中的数据统计,目前智能网联汽车岗位为700万左右,但目前智能网联汽车技术专业尚无国家专业教学标准,亦未形成统一的专业课程体系。笔者通过访谈、问卷调研等方式,结合本专业对应职业技能标准,提炼、总结出本专业对应的典型工作任务、工作内容及主要专业能力,将各岗位对应能力点与课程先进行一一对应,提出一套结合岗位能力需求及职业技能等级标准要求的专业课程体系,为智能网联汽车专业人才培养提供参考作用。

According to the statistics in the “Research Report on the Demand for Professional Talents in Intelligent and Connected Vehicles”,at present,there are about 7 million ICV jobs,there is no national professional teaching standard for ICV technology majors,nor a unified professional curriculum system.Through interviews,questionnaire surveys,combined with the professional skill standards corresponding to this major,the author extracts and summarizes the typical work tasks,work content and main professional abilities corresponding to this major,and firstly corresponds the corresponding ability points of each post to the courses.Starting from the law of education,according to the progressive relationship of each course knowledge and the curriculum system construction strategy of “ability as the key link,level jumping,and serving high-end positions”,a set of professional curriculum systems that combine job ability requirements and vocational skill level standards are proposed,providing a reference for the cultivation of intelligent networked automobile professionals.
