为满足建设资源节省型、环保友好型新社会的要求,低碳绿色环保型的汽车涂装技术的研发、运用、普及,对中国汽车工业发展有着革命性的作用。各主要汽车生产制造企业都在研究探索及应用各项低碳绿色节能新技术。在冲、焊、涂、总四大汽车生产过程工序中,涂装工序是生产流程最长、生成三废(废水,废渣,废气)排放量最高的过程之一。因此:“绿色”的汽车涂装技术改善应用方案一直是各汽车制造企业,材料供应商及设备生产企业所不懈追求的发展方向。本文就汽车涂装工艺、涂装设备与材料等绿色环保技术方面的应用情况作点滴介绍。

In order to meet the requirements of building a resource-saving and environmentally friendly new society,the research and development,application and popularization of low-carbon green and environmentally friendly automobile coating technology have played a revolutionary role in the development of China’s automobile industry.All major automobile manufacturers are researching,exploring and applying various low-carbon,green and energy-saving new technologies.Among the four major automobile production processes,punching,welding,coating and total,the coating process is one of the longest production processes and the highest emission of three wastes (waste water,waste residue and waste gas).Therefore,the “green” automobile coating technology improvement application solution has always been the unremitting pursuit of automobile manufacturers,material suppliers and equipment manufacturers.This article introduces the application of green environmental protection technologies such as automobile coating technology,coating equipment and materials.
