摘要
腿型冲击器是行人保护腿碰性能开发的基础。本文介绍了aPLI腿型冲击器的结构特点,并以四款车型为例对aPLI腿型和Flex-PLI腿型进行碰撞分析。从单车型腿碰结果和数据统计两方面,分析两腿型碰撞结果的差异及原因。在此基础上,对腿碰结果较差的三款车型进行优化分析。结果表明,相比Flex-PLI腿型,aPLI腿型仿真结果与真实事故更加接近,对行人保护腿碰性能开发要求更高,在相同指标下,对车型下支撑、防撞梁吸能空间和上支撑要求更加严格。
Legform impactor is the basis for performance development of pedestrian protection.In this study,we introduced the structure characteristics of the aPLI,and the FE simulation of the aPLI and Flex-PLI was carried out with four car models.The differences of results and reasons were analyzed,through FE simulation results of a single car and data statistics.Then structures of three models with poor results were optimized and analyzed.The result shows,compared with the Flex-PLI,simulation results of the aPLI are closer to real accidents,which requires higher for pedestrian protection.Under the same index,the requirements for the lower support,energy absorption space and upper support are more strict.
