摘要
随着汽车工业、汽车市场规模的不断扩大以及“双高计划”的启动,“金蓝领”高技术技能人才的培养得到重视,“金蓝领”人才需求也越来越大,为了破解人才质量和体量与汽车产业发展需求脱节的困局,本文探索了产业链、创新链、要素链和教育链深度融合式“金蓝领”汽车人才培养的新模式,构建“四链”深度融合式汽车人才培育模型,根据模型分析并提出“四链”深度融合式“金蓝领”汽车人才队伍培养协作机制以及培育体系实现路径。
With the continuous expansion of the automobile industry and the scale of the automobile market and the launch of the"double high plan",the cultivation of"gold and blue collar"high-tech skills has been valued,and the demand for"gold and blue collar"talents is also increasing.In order to solve the dilemma of disconnection between the quality and volume of talents and the development needs of the automobile industry,this paper explores the new model of deep integration of the industrial chain,innovation chain,element chain and education chain"gold and blue collar"automotive talent training,and builds a"four chains"deep integration automotive talent cultivation model,according to the model analysis and proposed"four-chain"deep integration"golden and blue collar"automotive talent team training cooperation mechanism and cultivation system realization path.
