基于轻客底盘的层流型负压救护车开发设计

摘要 通过对负压型救护车在进行具有高传染性伤病患者救治转移过程中可能发生的医护人员被感染的问题分析,结合轻客底盘车身结构及负压型救护车的防护标准,借鉴层流手术室制作工艺,提出一种新的层流型负压救护车制作方案。通过对救护车厢体密封工艺及负压舱内气体流向研究分析,优化医疗舱密封工艺及医疗舱内负压的构建,利用定向压差,引导舱内气体有序流动,污染气体经消杀净化处理后排出车外,达到降低同舱医护人员交叉感染风险。 For infectious disease patients in the transfer of negative pressure ambulance occurred in the medical staff were infected,Combined with the ambulance internal structure and ambulance industry standards,Reference Laminar fl ow operating room manufacturing process,A new scheme of Laminar fl ow negative pressure ambulance is proposed.By studying and analyzing the sealing technology of ambulance structure and the gas fl ow direction in the negative pressure cabin,the sealing technology of the medical cabin and the construction of the negative pressure in the medical cabin are optimized,and the directional pressure diff erence is used to guide the orderly fl ow of the gas in the cabin,the pollution gas was eliminated and purified,then discharged from the vehicle to reduce the risk of cross-infection among the medical staff in the cabin.
