摘要 近些年来随着我国在经济领域中取得了重要成就,人们的物质生活水平得到了极大改善,因此汽车行业也得到了长足性的进展,同时市场汽车零部件的加工以及制造需求也有了更高要求。我国的传统汽车零件加工工艺与先进发达国家仍存在着一定差距,且随着市场化程度的提高,更需要注重提高自身的技术水平。旋压技术对于汽车零件制造具有重要意义,不仅需要相关工作人员对目前的技术进行创新与改进,而且还要注重旋压技术的应用范围和特点。本文针对旋压技术的特点以及应用形式进行分析,探索旋压技术在汽车零件制造过程中所面临的问题,并根据作者的相关思考提出优化解决路径。 In recent years,with China's important achievements in the economic field,people's material living standards have been greatly improved,so the automotive industry has also made great progress,while the processing and manufacturing needs of auto parts in the market have also had higher requirements.There are still certain differences between China's traditional auto parts processing technology and that in the advanced developed countries.With the improvement of the degree of marketization,it is more necessary to pay attention to improving Chin’s technical level.Spinning technology is of great significance for the manufacture of auto parts,which not only requires relevant staff to innovate and improve the current technology,but also requires attention to the application scope and characteristics of spinning technology.This paper analyzes the characteristics and application forms of spinning technology,explores the problems faced by spinning technology in the manufacturing process of auto parts,and proposes an optimal solution path according to the author's relevant thinking.
