基于制动系统零件集成的开发思路

摘要 随着科学技术的日益进步,整车产品的集成化已在车辆上得到了蓬勃发展,底盘的产品集成应用也非常广泛。比如底盘一体化的铸造技术,可将近70个零件集成至一个零件,底盘电控技术模块化和架构化的设计,同一零件可以应用于不同车型。本文以某车型制动系统的零部件集成为例,通过对标、CAE分析、布置调整,以及整车性能测试等步骤确定方案的可行性。通过以上分析,确定可以将支架类零件整合,真空罐零件取消,在降低零件数量的同时达到了减重降本的效果,对平台车型的开发提供了非常宝贵的经验。 With the increasing progress of science and technology,the integration of vehicle products has been booming in vehicles,and the product integration of chassis is also widely used.For example,the chassis integrated casting technology can integrate nearly 70 parts into one part.The chassis electronic control technology is modular and structured design,and the same part can be applied to diff erent models.Taking the parts integration of a vehicle braking system as an example,this paper determines the feasibility of the scheme through the steps of benchmarking,CAE analysis,layout adjustment and vehicle performance test.Through the above analysis,it is determined that the support parts can be integrated and the vacuum tank parts can be cancelled.While reducing the number of parts,the eff ect of weight and cost reduction is achieved,which provides very valuable experience for the development of platform models.
