公务车辆管理改革是车队管理部门应当关注的重点工作,安全驾驶和车辆利用效率提升是整体改革应当关注的重点内容。安全驾驶是驾乘人员安全的基本保障,车队管理是车辆利用效率的主要影响因素。传统管理模式中,主要是以粗放式管理为主,在实际运行过程中存在多方面问题。本文在明确管理体系构建必要性基础上,分析具体管理问题,并结合实际构建完善的管理体系,为车队管理工作革新提供应有参考。

The reform of official vehicle management is the key work that the fleet management department should pay attention to.Safe driving and the improvement of vehicle utilization efficiency are the key contents that should be paid attention to in the overall reform.Safe driving is the basic guarantee for the safety of drivers and passengers,and fl eet management is the main factor aff ecting the efficiency of vehicle utilization.The traditional management mode is mainly based on extensive management,and there are many problems in the actual operation process.On the basis of clarifying the necessity of the construction of the management system,this paper analyzes the specific management problems,and combines the actual construction of a sound management system to provide a reference for the innovation of fl eet management.
