摘要 基于学生成长百分等级模型的增值评价,提供了一种分析不同发展阶段学生学业表现增长情况的简易方法。以深圳市盐田区教学质量检测为例,该方法首先以第一次教学质量检测成绩为依据划分学术伙伴;然后,分别计算出相应学生在第二次教学质量检测中的成长百分等级,并依据成长百分等级相关评价标准,得出成长水平高、成长水平正常、成长水平低3类学生的学业表现;在此基础上,探索增长率的计算方法,评判全区、各校及各班增长情况,对6个等级进行细致分析,并提出有针对性的提升策略。基于学生成长百分等级简易模型的增值评价,通过分类分析了解各校、各班、各类学生的发展差异,可进一步发挥评价应有的对教育教学的诊断功能和导向功能。 The value-added evaluation based on student growth percentile model provides a simple method to analyze the growth of students’academic performance at different stages of development.Taking the teaching quality inspection in Yantian district of Shenzhen for example,the percentile model of this method firstly divides academic partners based on the first teaching quality test results.Then,the studernt growth percentile in the second teaching quality inspection are calculated respectively,and according to the relevant evaluation criteria of the growth percentile,the academic performance of students with high growth level,normal growth level and low growth level is obtained.On this basis,explore the calculation method of growth rate,judge the growth of the whole district,schools and classes,carefully analyze the six grades,and propose targeted improvement strategies.The value-added evaluation based on the simple model of student growth percentile can further play the diagnostic and guiding functions of the evaluation on education and teaching by understanding the development differences of various schools,classes and students through classification analysis.
