摘要
介绍了一种按照阶跃压力法设计研制的用于标定动态压力传感器的装置,并且主要针对水泵装置模型试验中水压力脉动传感器的选择、标定、安装、测点设置及相对值计算进行了阐述和讨论。总结了低扬程大流量泵装置模型及双吸离心泵水压力脉动测点的建议位置,给出了水泵模型试验水压力脉动幅值的取值和相对值计算方法。研究结果为供水泵模型试验、相关标准制订、水力机械模型水压力脉动测试和分析提供了参考。
This paper introduces a device designed and developed according to the step pressure method to calibrate the dynamic pressure sensor,and mainly discusses and expounds the selection,calibration,installation,measurement point setting and relative value calculation of the water pressure pulsation sensor in model tests of pumping device model.The recommended locations of measuring points for water pressure pulsation of low head and large flow pump device models and double suction centrifugal pumps are summarized,and the calculation methods for amplitude value and relative value of water pressure pulsation in pump model test are given,as well as the reference for water supply pump model test and the formulation of relevant standards,which has reference significance for the test and analysis of hydraulic pressure pulsation of hydraulic machinery models.
