严寒地区既有建筑外窗节能改造技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 外窗是建筑围护结构保温性能最薄弱的部位,对外窗的节能改造是改造工作的重要部分。北方严寒地区既有的多数建筑外窗由于建设时间较早,节能技术落后等原因,存在着外窗热工性能差、能耗高等问题。对既有建筑外窗进行节能改造是改善建筑能耗的有效方法,以严寒地区既有建筑为研究对象,分析现有建筑外窗存在的问题,在传统技术手段的基础上,提出基于原窗的附加窗技术。实验证明,使用了附加窗技术的建筑外窗,能够有效改善外窗的保温性能,提高节能水平,同时显著降低旧窗改造的单价,为我国严寒地区的既有建筑外窗改造提供参考。 The external windows are the weakest part of the building envelope s thermal insulation performance,and the energy-saving renovation of the external windows is an important part of the renovation work.Due to the early construction time and backward energy-saving technology,the external windows of most existing buildings in the northern cold regions have problems such as poorer thermal performance and higher energy consumption.Energy-saving renovation of existing building external windows is an effective method to improve building energy consumption.This paper takes the existing buildings in the severe cold area as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the existing building exterior windows,and proposes an additional window technology based on the original windows on the basis of traditional technical means.Experiments have shown that building exterior windows with additional window technology can effectively improve the thermal insulation performance of exterior windows,improve energy-saving levels,and significantly reduce the unit price of renovation of old windows,providing a reference for the renovation of existing building exterior windows in severe cold regions in China.
