摘要
利用吸附法用XSC-700树脂从A卤水中提取硼,运用控制变量的方法研究吸附达到平衡所需时间。分析不同的搅拌速度、温度、pH值、树脂的用量对吸附硼效率和吸附量的影响。吸附硼达到平衡的时间为4 h。吸附硼的最适温度为50℃,随温度升高,达到吸附平衡的时间缩短;吸附硼在酸性条件下受pH值的影响不大,在碱性条件下,有Mg(OH)_(2)沉淀生成;随着树脂用量的增加,卤水中硼的吸附容量呈下降趋势,但吸附率增加,如要进一步提高卤水中的提硼率,还应加大树脂的用量。
Boron was extracted from a brine with xsc-700 resin by adsorption method,and the time required for adsorption to reach equilibrium was studied by controlling variable.The effects of different stirring speed,temperature,pH value and resin amount on boron adsorption efficiency and adsorption capacity were analyzed.The time for the adsorption of boron to reach equilibrium was 4 hours.The optimum temperature for boron adsorption is 50℃,and the time to reach adsorption equilibrium is shortened with the increase of temperature;Adsorbed boron is not affected by pH value under acidic condition,but Mg(OH)_(2) precipitates under alkaline condition.With the increasing of resin dosage,the adsorption capacity of boron in brine decreased,but the adsorption rate increased.In order to further improve the boron extraction rate in brine,the dosage of resin should also be increased.
