摘要
在工业废水处理中最核心的单元为蒸发结晶生产装置,其主要作用是在利用蒸发法处理工业废水,实现含盐溶液结晶分离。针对生产工艺情况,在设计蒸发结晶控制系统中采用DCS液位、流量串级控制;压缩机控制系统采用防喘振控制程序进行自动控制。在结晶物生产和输送过程中,离心机、干燥床等装置的仪表和控制阀及现场开关的信号进入DCS控制系统监控并报警,确保生产安全和高效的进行。对废水处理系统生产线的DCS的硬件的配置和软件的组态进行了总结,为工业废水的仪表技术人员提供参考和借鉴。
The core unit in industrial wastewater treatment is the evaporation crystallization production unit,which is mainly used to treat industrial wastewater by evaporation method and realize crystallization separation of saline solution.According to the production process,DCS liquid level and flow cascade control is adopted in the design of evaporative crystallization control system;The compressor control system adopts anti surge control program for automatic control.During the production and transportation of crystallites,the signal of instruments,control valves and field switches of centrifuge,drying bed and other devices enter the DCS control system for monitoring and alarm to ensure safe and efficient production.The hardware configuration and software configuration of DCS in the production line of wastewater treatment system are summarized,which provides reference for the instrument technicians of industrial wastewater.
