问题教学法在蜂产品与保健教学中的探索与应用

摘要 蜂产品与保健可作为高校食品类专业群的专业拓展课程或全校公共选修课程,为学生介绍蜂产品科学知识.针对选课学生基础知识薄弱和学习兴趣随着课程深入出现两极分化的问题,以蜂蜜和蜂王浆选购常识为课堂问题探讨了在教学中应用问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的效果.实践表明,PBL教学法能明显提高学生学习兴趣和对蜂产品知识记忆效果,并提升其未来对蜂产品消费意愿(P<0.05),具有良好效果,适合推广应用,并可为提升此类课程的教学效果提供参考. The course of Be e Products and Halth Care can be setting up as professional expansion courses for food-related majors or public elective courses in the universities,which can teach the scientific knowledge about bee products to undergraduates.In view of the pain points existing in teaching,such as the weak foundation of the students,and the students'’study interest appears two levels of differentiation.The application of problem in teaching(PBL)method in Bee Products and Halth Care course,which the problems of the common sense of choose honey and royal jelly was as a classroom question,was discussed.Practice has shown that the PBL teaching method can sianif icantly improve students'learning interest and memory effect on knowledge about bee products,and enhanced the future consumption willingness to consume bee products of undergraduates(P<0.05).It is suitable for application in practice,and can provide reference for improving the teaching effect of such courses.
