摘要
含IIDG的配电网,由于电力电子器件的限流控制以及不同的控制策略,会导致传统保护失效。因此文章提出了一种通过采用故障前后线路两端测量阻抗幅值的差值变化和线路两端测量电流相角差变化为判据的含IIDG配电网保护方案,该方案可以实现配电网区内外故障的有效识别,实现保护的正确动作。方案的有效性通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件进行了验证。
Distribution network with IIDG,due to the current limiting control of power electronic devices and different control strategies,the traditional protection will be invalid.Therefore,a protection scheme of distribution network with IIDG,which is based on the difference between the amplitude of the impedance measured at both ends of the line before and after the fault and the phase difference of the measured current at both ends of the line,is proposed in this paper.This scheme can realize the effective identification of internal and external faults of distribution network area,and achieve the correct action of protection.The effectiveness of the solution is verified by the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software.
