摘要
在虚拟双极性方波信号注入的基础上,提出基于同构电感的参考转矩模型,能够更好模拟实际情况。设计相位摇摆法进行同构电感辨识。考虑到该算法不具备启动机制,配合提出基于均势参数的自启动机制。研究表明,基于同构电感重建的转矩模型因为考虑了参数非线性变化,能实现性能更优的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制,并且相位摇摆法与自启动机制的配合改善了系统的动态跟随性能。
Synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM)usually works with iron core saturation,which leads to the nonlinearity and variation of the inductance parameters.The traditional formula method considers the motor parameters as constants in the process of achieving the maximum torque per Ampere(MTPA)control,whilst the virtual signal injection method(VSIM)assumes the constant inductances before and after each injection.Both lead to errors of the current vector phase angle of the MTPA.To solve this problem,a reference torque model based on isomorphic inductance was proposed on the basis of virtual bipolar square wave signal injection method,which can accurately fit the actual model.The phase swing method was designed for the isomorphic inductance identification.Considering that the algorithm does not have a starting mechanism,a self-starting mechanism based on the average parameters was proposed.It is shown that the reconstructed torque model can achieve better MTPA control,as it takes the nonlinear variation of parameters into account,and the cooperation of phase swing method and self-start mechanism improves the dynamic performance of the system.
