摘要
本文依据JJG 249-2004《0.1 mW~200 W激光功率计》[1],用实际工作的激光功率标准装置,对一常规激光功率计进行检定/校准,结合标准装置的计量特性及相关环境等因素的影响,分析了激光功率计修正系数的测量结果不确定度,从一定程度上保障被测激光功率计修正系数的准确、可靠。
According to JJG 249-2004 Verification Regulation of 0.1mW~200W Laser Power Meter, the paper used laser power standard device to verified conventional laser power meter. Fully considering the impact of measurement characteristics of the standard device and the influence of relevant environmental factors, the paper established the mathematical model of the correction coefficient and analyzed the uncertainty of the laser power meter to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the laser power meter measurements.
