摘要
当前我国农业正处于转向高质量发展的关键时期。但农业发展仍存在着经营过于分散、劳动力过剩、生产效益低、技术能力差等问题。如何有效转变农业发展模式,寻找新的发展动力和引擎成为当前的研究重点。鉴于此,探讨数字经济对我国农业高质量发展的影响。研究发现,我国数字经济的发展势头整体向上,但是总体的发展水平不高。信息基础设施对我国农业的高质量发展有着显著的正向影响。数字产业化和农业数字化对农业高质量发展有显著的促进作用,具体来看,高科技企业数量和技术市场规模的回归系数均为正且显著,说明扩大数字企业的数量和技术市场规模有利于对农业发展产生带动效应,实现农业的高质量发展。在控制变量中,农村居民收入和受灾率对农业发展有着明显的抑制作用。
At present,China’s agriculture is in the critical period of switching to high-quality development.However,some problems are found in agricultural development,such as overly scattered management,surplus labor force,low production efficiency and insufficient technical competence.Ways of effective mode transformation and seeking new development impetus and engine have become the current research focus.In view of this,the influence of digital economy on the high quality development of agriculture in China is discussed in this paper.The research finds that the development momentum of China’s digital economy is generally upward,but the overall development is not high.Information infrastructure has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of agriculture in China.Industrialization and digitized agriculture play a significant role in promoting agricultural high quality development,specifically,the numbers of high-tech enterprises and the regression coefficient of technological market size are positive and significant,demonstrating that expanding the number of digital enterprises and technology market size are conducive to promoting effect in agricultural development and realizing the high-quality development of agriculture.Among the control variables,rural residents’income and rate of exposure to disasters have obvious inhibition effect on agricultural development.
