新文科背景下高校文学类课程育人实践的探索与反思

摘要 文化素养是学生成长和成才的必备条件,是促进学生健康发展和高质量就业的重要保障,是学生职业生涯可持续发展的重要基石。综合性院校因其学科门类设置较为齐全,在打破学科壁垒,构建一流大学体系、用好学科交叉“催化剂”,培养学生跨领域知识融通能力和实践应用能力上具有先天优势。文章通过对综合性院校文学类课程育人实践现状及存在问题分析,探讨了文学类课程提升育人成效的对策,以期为全学科人才培养背景下的文学类课程教育教学改革,提供有益的思考。 Cultural accomplishment is a necessary precondition for students’growth and talent cultivation,and an important guarantee for promoting students'healthy development and high-quality employment,as well as an important cornerstone for students'sustainable career development.For comprehensive universities,owing to their relatively complete set of disciplines,possess inherent advantages in breaking discipline barriers,building a first-class university system,making good use of the"catalyst"of discipline crossing,and cultivating students'competence of interdisciplinary knowledge integration and practical application.Based on the analysis of current situation and existing problems,this paper discusses the countermeasures for literature courses in improving the effectiveness of education,which aims at providing beneficial thinking to the education and teaching reform of literature courses in the context of cultivating talents in all disciplines.
