摘要
目的建立快速测定牙膏中苯度氯胺、米他氯铵、西他氯铵、司拉氯铵、苄索氯铵、西吡氯铵及三氯生等7种防腐抗菌剂的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Waters XTerra■RP18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇和0.1 mol/L乙酸铵(pH=6.8)水溶液,梯度洗脱,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果7种防腐抗菌剂在所测浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r均>0.999,方法检出限范围为1.2~50 mg/kg,定量限范围为3.6~150 mg/kg,低、中、高浓度加标回收率范围分别为97.8%~102.4%、95.0%~104.5%、93.4%~102.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为1.1%~5.8%。结论该方法准确度高,重现性好,样品前处理简便快速,适用于牙膏样品中7种防腐抗菌剂含量的测定。
Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the rapid determination of 7 kinds of antiseptic and antibacterial agents in toothpaste samples.Methods Waters XTerra■RP18 chromatographic column was used for separation,methanol and 0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution(pH=6.8)was used as mobile phase for gradient elution,the UV detector was used for detection and external standard method was used for quantification analysis.Results The 7 kinds of antiseptic and antibacterial agents all showed good linear relationship in the experimental concentration ranges,with all correlation coefficients>0.999.The limits of detection were in the range of 1.2 to 50 mg/kg,while the limits of quantification were in the range of 3.6 to 150 mg/kg.The recoveries of low,midium,high concentration ranges were 97.8%-102.4%,95.0%-104.5%,93.4%-102.2%,respectively;the relative standard deviations were from 1.1%to 5.8%.Conclusion The established method is accurate with good reproducibility,the sample pretreatment is simple and rapid,which make it suitable for the determination of 7 kinds of antiseptic and antibacterial agents in toothpaste samples.
